Processing time

 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (may take longer during peak periods). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery time & cost

• Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.

• If additional shipping options or fees apply, they are shown at checkout.

 

 

Shipping restrictions

• We currently ship to United State and Canada. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact support@tizzdazz.com.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Customs duties & taxes (international)

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.

 

Lost or damaged packages

 

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will assist you in coordinating with the carrier.
